Updating your Titan Email password through the Name.com account

If you are needing to reset the password for a Titan Email account, you can do so through the Name.com account.

 

First, you will need to go to the My Products page and select the Titan Email product associated with the domain you are looking to manage. 

 

Once on the product page, select Email Accounts. Please note you may need to scroll down slightly to see these options:

Once the Email Accounts tool loads, you can click three verticle dots and choose the Reset Password option from the menu for the account you are needing to reset the password for:
