Troubleshooting problems with mail.name.com

If you’re having trouble accessing the webmail for your Name.com email at mail.name.com, don’t worry! There's a few things you can try to regain access to your account.
If mail.name.com is not working...
If the page isn’t coming up, first clear out your browser's cache or try a different browser. If you still have issues, use a completely different browser than you normally use and that should bypass the problem. You can also choose to use an anti-caching mode, such as an Incognito Window in Google Chrome or a Private Browsing Window in Firefox or Safari.
