Name.com offers a number of great email options so everyone can find the perfect fit. The options we currently offer are:

Hosted Email: This is the email that is included when you purchase a hosting plan.

Email Forwarding: A free service that forwards incoming emails to another address.

Titan Email: This is the basic email product, which can be bundled with other services.

Google Workspace: This is the full Google Workspace for your domain name, including email.

So which type of email are you using?

Although it’s great to have so many email choices, it can also get confusing. To figure out what kind of email product you are using, please do the following:

  1. Log into your Name.com account.
  2. Click the MY PRODUCTS link, located in the top right of the navigation.
  3. Scroll to the Titan or Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) section.
  4. Click on the tab for the right product, then click on the product name to manage it.

Note: If you do not see any products listed here, you are either using a different email provider, or you are using email forwarding.
