Fraudulent orders

If you see a charge on your credit or debit card from Name.com that you don’t recognize, please contact our support team right away with your domain name, account username, the exact amount of the order, and the date it was placed. If you do not have a Name.com account, please send us the following information:

  • The first 6 digits on your credit card 

  • The last 4 digits on your credit card 

  • The Name on the Card
  • The date of the transaction
  • The exact amount of the transaction

Please email this information in a support ticket. Once we find the fraudulent order, we'll contact you to help you resolve this issue.
